I take an hour of my time to commuting to and from college, which can drag me down physically and emotionally . I live in the middle of nowhere so there’s multiple ways to get to Alfred from my house. I decide to have my daily practice is to take a rotation of routes. By driving to college in different routes it can give a positive impact on mind and body. A chance to absorb the atmosphere and to joy the nature. This week there were a lot of wild animals especially deer crossing the roads than normal probably because its hunting season. One morning when I was on my way to Alfred, there were two deer crossing, so I slowed down to wait then moments later a baby deer ran into the side of my car. It freaked me out because I thought it damaged my car but thankfully It didn’t but that never happened to me before. Another morning, I drove on the same road and about the same spot a bear crossed In front of me. The bear was small from a distance I thought it was a large black dog but, when I got closer it was a bear, probably last year’s cub. Right now, the nature is beautiful because the trees are changing, colder weather, and the sun sets sooner. This daily practice is helping me to be more pleased with the environment around me and making me explode more possibilities.
